Hi, I have recieved my ipod with the new batterry fitted and thank you for the excellent service. Its just to let you know i've used you before,  i broke the screen on my ipod a couple of years ago and i found your company via Google when surfing just to see if it was repaireable so i sent it to you and you repaired it for me, so it was logical for me that when i needed the battery replacing was to use you again.

Hi I am writing because I have been using my iPod for two days now and everything is fine thanks very much. I found out about your company from the guy who I spoke to on the phone from apple customer services uk of all places lol. Because apple considered my iPod to be obsolete they wouldn't replace the battery so the guy said " im not  meant to tell you this but go to iPod doctor uk on google and they will do it for you." so that's what I did. Thanks again.

Hi,(Found ipoddoctor while googling for ipod battery replacement.  Battery pack including tools arrived next day instructions online were superb and ipod is up and running again at minimal cost.  Thanks guys you've got a great going on!(

I recently purchased a new battery for a third generation ipod we(have, and following its swift delivery and the excellent video I(changed the battery, which brought it to life.(However, when I plugged it in there was no sign that the battery was(charging, which may be the reason the old battery was flat in the(first place?(Is this somethign that is likely to be economical to fix - in which(case we will send it to you, but if you feel its a doomed cause we(will not bother(Manyt hanks, and great service on the battery!(Fred

Thanks for replacing the battery in my iPod. I shall take more care to shut down apps etc.
I am very pleased with your service especially your communication.
Just one thing which may be of help to your clients is to explain that there could be a wait of maybe a week if the batteries being replaced do not pass your tests, that way people will not expect their iPod back by return of post.
I will certainly  recommend you to my friends. Very professional service. Bit pricey is my opinion but otherwise excellent.

  Thanks very much for the prompt service, I fitted the battery with no problems apart from releasing the casing I used a car feeler gauge to get the initial release then used the tools supplied, ipod working fine now thanks for the great service.

All seems ok and used restore to sync with itunes as suggested and all ok for now and improvement with replaced lcd screen and battery
Came across your website when googled ipod batteries a while ago so thought give it a go.

I found about you from google.
I bought the DIY battery kit for my I Pod Video 5th generation, and used your excellent online instructions.
The job was done in about 15 minutes, it requires some dexterity but you provide very clear and comprehensive instructions plus good tools so make it easy!
You have a great product and provide superb customer service. You deserve every success.

I wish to thank you for the service you have prodivded my son is very happy.  Excellent turnaround. I spoke initially to Apple and it was far too expensive for a replacement battery but the fact that my son also needed a switch replacement as well made it a little more cost effective.  Postage a little high.  Still happy with the service though.
